Safe Taxi is the first and only security application designed to combat abduction, locate friends and family members when they're out or to find your lost / stolen iPhone before the thief can disable your device while having his/her picture taken. How is this done? It's a combination of social networks, timers, notifications and advanced mobile technologies (GPS & cameras). For example: You set the time you should be home and start it. If you get home safely, just press stop. If you don't.. the App will show up a notification to the person holding the device (sleep mode or not). This notification is the actual trap/trick. If the person opens it.. it will automatically take his photo, register his location and post that information to your Facebook or Twitter account immediately. That way, all friends and family will know your last location and the identity of the thief/abductor with concise evidence. Safe Taxi also provides you with fast current location information, giving you a complete address of where your standing at any giving time with sharing capabilities.
